Job description

As a Sales Project Manager for Lithuania, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and market penetration in the Lithuanian market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and project department, to implement effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets in Lithuania.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the Lithuanian market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, distributors, and key stakeholders in Lithuania.
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop competetive and tailored proposal to the Lithuanian market clients.
  5. Coordinate sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  6. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities in Lithuania.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.


Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, business development, or related roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Lithuanian market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of technical services, scaffolding, insulation industry and understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in Lithuania.
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Lithuania and occasionally internationally as needed.
